Jan Laishley

Jan Laishley has more than 25 years of global experience in Human Resources in the technology sector. Most recently, she was the Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Ballard Power Systems, Inc., a global provider of clean energy solutions, where she held roles of increasing responsibility in Human Resources.

Throughout her career, Jan has focused on building organizational cultures which recognize that “people drive technology”, attracting and retaining an innovative, diverse, engaged workforce during high growth and expansion across North America, Europe, and China. At Ballard, she was accountable for the critical priorities of talent attraction, retention, and development, ensuring all people initiatives and programs aligned with the corporation’s vision, mission, values, and culture.
