Sahil Girish

Sahil Girish, P.Eng. is a highly skilled mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the design and development of advanced engineering systems across various industries. Currently employed at General Fusion since April 2022, Sahil focuses on system-level solutions for the LM26 machine and serves as the thermal lead for the Fusion Demonstration Plant project. Previous roles include significant contributions at ElectraMeccanica, where critical sub-systems were designed for the SOLO EV, and at Pacific Rim Engineered Products, where bespoke drawworks projects were supported. Earlier experience includes positions at ShapeMeasure and DarkVision Technologies, emphasizing mechatronics applications and field engineering. Sahil began a career at Schlumberger, gaining recognition in the Tech & Field program while supporting formation testing operations. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
