James Thomas

James Thomas has worked in the technology industry since 2011. Theirfirst role was as an Assistant Manager at RadioShack, where they managed a retail location and achieved monthly sales quotas. In 2013, they became a Wireless Consultant at Wireless Zone - Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, where they assisted clients with choosing devices and services to fit their needs and reached out to potential clients to expand the customer base. In 2014, they moved to T-Mobile as a Retail Sales Consultant, where they again assisted clients with choosing devices and services to fit their needs and reached out to potential clients to expand the customer base. In 2017, they joined TraceSecurity as an Information Security Analyst and Associate Information Security Associate. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as a Security Engineer at General Informatics.

James Thomas began their educational journey at South Louisiana Community College from 2011 to 2012, studying Network Specialist. James then attended Louisiana State University from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's degree in ISDS.
