Tyler Nicholson

Tyler Nicholson is a seasoned engineering professional with experience in manufacturing and process control. Currently serving as the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at General Machine Products - KT, LLC since October 2021, Tyler has progressed through roles from Manufacturing Engineer to Senior Manufacturing Engineer. Prior to GMP, Tyler worked as a Process Control Engineer at Johnson Matthey, where responsibilities included optimizing coating processes for gasoline catalysts and filters, minimizing waste through lean manufacturing, and ensuring adherence to quality specifications. Earlier experience includes roles as a BMW Genius and Lot Attendant, focusing on customer relations and vehicle management. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brookdale Community College.
