Carole Chesworth is a Senior Resourcing and Talent Partner at the General Medical Council, a position held since August 2017, where strategic and operational advice on resourcing matters is provided to managers, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices. With previous experience as a Recruitment Manager and Senior Recruitment Project Lead in a Large Public Sector Organisation from September 2013 to July 2017, Carole played a key role in developing an Attraction and Recruitment Strategy. Additional experience includes various roles in a Large Public Services Organisation from April 2002 to July 2017, and training consultancy from July 1996 to February 2002. Carole holds a MCIPD Level 7 Diploma in Human Resources from The University of Salford, along with several other qualifications related to HR and psychometric testing.
