Paul Boyer

Paul Boyer is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Vice President of Finance for North America at General Mills since July 2006. Boyer has held several senior positions within General Mills, including leadership roles in U.S. Meals & Baking, U.S. Cereal, Global Internal Audit, Corporate Planning & Strategy, and Global Business Solutions. With a strong focus on financial strategy and compliance, Boyer has been responsible for managing multi-billion dollar business units and ensuring adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Prior to joining General Mills, Boyer worked as a Senior Auditor at KPMG US. Boyer holds both an MBA in Finance and a BS in Accounting from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
