Henry Liu

Henry Liu is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the real estate and mortgage industries. As Chief Executive Officer at Ashford Goldman and Partners since July 2024 and CEO of Vision Equity Realty Investment since January 2006, Henry has demonstrated expertise in real estate fund syndication. In addition, Henry holds the position of Senior Vice President of International Expansion at eXp Commercial since July 2021 and serves as National Director of Branch and Business Development at General Mortgage Capital Corporation since January 2019. Henry has been a Director of National Branch and Business Development at US Home Lending since June 2016 and has a long-standing role as CEO of American Funding, specializing in private money lending since January 1993. Historically, Henry was also the Chief Executive Officer at First American Properties from February 1994 to January 2011, focusing on commercial real estate and luxury residential properties.
