Kalliah Hedgepeth, MBA, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent development and leadership training. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at GM Financial, Kalliah has held several key roles, including Sr. Talent Development Program Manager, Sr. Learning and Leadership Specialist at Nordstrom, and Learning Partner at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas. Additional experience includes positions as Lead Talent Consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Leadership Development Specialist III at Santander Consumer USA, and Sr. Learning Associate at Capital One.
