Michael Stewart

Michael Stewart is an experienced cybersecurity leader currently serving as SVP of Global Cybersecurity Engineering & Operations at GM Financial since April 2024. Previously, Michael held multiple roles at USAA from November 2015 to April 2024, including Head of Enterprise Security Engineering and Executive Director of Identity and Access Management. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston from April 2000 to October 2015. Michael holds a CISO Executive Education and Certificate in Cybersecurity Leadership from Carnegie Mellon University, alongside a Cybersecurity policy certificate from Harvard Kennedy School. Michael earned an M.B.A. from Clark University and a B.A. from Providence College.
