Telva McGruder

McGruder is General Motors' first-ever Chief of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

In this role, she leads the development and execution of strategies that will ensure positive change toward a high-performing, inclusive organizational culture.

She also partners closely with functional teams, GM employee resource groups, and centers of expertise to ensure excellent practices for hiring, developing, and retaining diverse candidates at all levels.

McGruder also works to mature and develop community partnerships that align with General Motors' commitment to improve places where we live and work. Seh also engages with external resources and organizations to study, understand and take action on community disparities.
