Carolina Gomes

Carolina Gomes is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the HR Manager for General Optica in Portugal since December 2017, responsible for recruitment, development, and labor relations, reporting directly to the group HR Director in Barcelona. Prior to this role, Carolina worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Michael Page focused on the retail sector and as a Human Resources Business Partner at Parfois, where responsibilities included recruitment, labor relations, and supporting the brand's expansion into Spain. Carolina's earlier experience includes a legal internship at Instituto da Segurança Social and a role as a trainee lawyer at Aguiar-Branco & Associados. Carolina holds a Master’s degree in Law from Universidade de Coimbra and has pursued further qualifications in conflict mediation and human resources management.
