Charles Smith

Charles Smith is an accomplished leader with extensive experience at General Shale, where Smith has served as CEO since 2004, with previous roles as Executive Vice President, Vice President of Engineering, Plant Manager, Assistant Manager, and Production Supervisor from 1992 to 2002. Prior experience includes a distinguished military career with the Tennessee Army National Guard, achieving the rank of Captain from 1985 to 2000. Charles Smith holds a degree in Industrial Technology, Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, obtained between 1988 and 1992.
