Charlotte Hooper

Charlotte Hooper is an experienced professional in organisational development, learning, and human resources. Currently serving as Organisational Development and Learning Lead and Head of Staff for HR, Corporate and Operations at Generali Employee Benefits since December 2020, Charlotte oversees HR business partnering in the UK and manages strategic HR projects. Prior to this role, Charlotte held various positions at Generali Global Health from February 2016 to November 2020, focusing on product development and customer value propositions in international health insurance. Charlotte's earlier experience at Bupa, from September 2010 to February 2016, included responsibilities in brand management, new product development in health tech, and integrated communications planning.
