Agus Ismail

Agus Ismail possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Organization Development, and Employee Services at Generali Life Insurance Indonesia since November 2013. Prior to this role, Agus held positions including Recruitment, Training and Development Head, focusing on integrating people, processes, and technology into business strategies. Previous experience includes serving as the Organizational Development, Sales & Service Quality Manager at Rabobank International, where responsibilities encompassed designing sales organizations and training programs, along with employee engagement initiatives. Additional leadership roles at PT. Aditec Cakrawiyasa and Bank Danamon Indonesia involved setting up sales operations and auditing sales processes. Agus holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics from the same institution.
