Kukuh Komandoko Hadiwidjojo

Kukuh Komandoko Hadiwidjojo is an experienced legal professional and academic, currently serving as a Faculty Lecturer at both Sriwijaya University and the University of Pancasila since late 2023. In addition to academic roles, Kukuh holds several prominent positions including Independent Commissioner at PT Rohartindo Nusantara Luas, Tbk and PT Pelayaran Nasional Bina Buana Raya, Tbk, and President Commissioner at Asinusa Putra Sekawan, PT. With a law practice spanning since 1997, Kukuh specializes as an Advocate and Capital Market Legal Consultant at Hadiwidjojo Mukhtar Ardibrata Law Firm, while also serving as a lecturer at STH Indonesia Jentera. Earlier experience includes a role as Special Counsel on Legal Affairs to the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation from 2009 to 2015. Kukuh holds a PhD in Economic Law, a Master's in Notary Law, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Indonesia.
