Rully Safari

Rully Safari is an accomplished Human Capital professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Capital Group Head at Generali Indonesia since April 2021, Rully has previously held significant positions such as Director of Compliance and Director of Human Capital at PT Bhinneka Life Indonesia, CHRO at PT. AXA Services Indonesia, and Human Resources Director at Holcim. Rully also managed human resources at Nokia Siemens Networks during the post-merger period and served as Senior Vice President of HR at Lafarge Semen Indonesia. Rully holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Strayer University-Maryland, earned between 1991 and 1995.
