Anh Tuan Luu

Anh Tuan Luu has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Anh Tuan is currently the Chief Officer of Actuarial and Product at Generali Vietnam Life Insurance since December 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Dai-ichi-life Vietnam from May 2022 to November 2023. Anh Tuan also had a significant role as the Head of Product at Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd. where they were responsible for product development, marketing, and actuarial inforce management from December 2019 to May 2022. Before that, they held the position of Chief Actuary at BIDV MetLife Life Insurance LLC from September 2017 to December 2019. Anh Tuan has also worked at various other insurance companies in senior actuarial and product development roles, including MB Ageas Life, Vietinbank Aviva Life Insurance Co. Ltd, BaoViet Life, and Vietnam Insurance Corporation. Anh Tuan also has experience working as an Actuarial Consultant at FIS Software, France. Anh Tuan started their career as a Leader of the Software Analysis and Design Team at Vietnam Insurance Corporation's IT Center in September 2001.

Anh Tuan Luu received a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Actuarial Science from the University Claude Bernard Lyon - Institute for Financial Sciences and Insurance (ISFA) in France in 2004. Anh Tuan then went on to earn a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Actuarial Science from the same institution in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's degree in Information Technology from Hanoi University of Technology in Vietnam between 1996 and 2001.
