Pin Han Lim is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in customer support, writing, and organizational culture. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at beehiiv and as a Contributing Writer for Generalist World, Pin Han engages with a network of over 3,000 professionals through content creation and community interviews. Formerly, at NewCampus, Pin Han held several roles including Culture Lead and Customer Success Lead, where responsibilities included shaping internal culture, enhancing customer experiences, and developing effective onboarding processes. Additional experience includes consulting at KPMG, editorial internships at Public Culture and STAPLE Magazine, and various roles in innovative project management and research. Pin Han holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from UCL and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from UWC South East Asia.
