Justin Bis

Justin Bis currently serves as Chief of Staff at Generational Equity Labs, where the focus is on making homeownership more attainable for first-time buyers through equity sharing. Prior to this role, Justin was Executive Director of the Ohio Republican Party and gained significant experience in federal government roles, including serving as Director of Intergovernmental and External Affairs at the U.S. Department of Energy and as Special Assistant to the President at The White House. Additional experience includes various leadership positions within the Republican Party and college organizations, with a strong background in political mobilization and campaign strategy. Justin holds a degree in Political Science/Pre Law from Northern Michigan University.
