Van Espahbodi

Van Espahbodi is a Partner at Generational Partners, focusing on pre-seed and seed-stage investments in industrial technology startups since September 2022. In addition, Espahbodi serves as an Advisor at VentureScope and as a Board Advisor for Proteus Space, Inc., which specializes in rapid space defense solutions for the US government. As the Chairman of the Board at Morf3D Inc. until December 2023, Espahbodi oversaw the company's advancements in additive manufacturing before its acquisition by Nikon. Previously, as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Starburst Aerospace, Espahbodi contributed to building a major innovation hub for aerospace and defense startups. Early career experiences include business development roles at NATS and Raytheon Technologies, as well as serving as a Legislative Aide in the U.S. House of Representatives. Educational achievements include advanced degrees in international commerce and policy, and negotiation from prestigious institutions such as George Mason University and Cranfield School of Management.
