Emma Westin has an extensive background in Human Resources and Employee Experience, spanning over two decades. Currently, Emma holds the position of Director, People & Culture at Genero - The Growth Marketing Co. Prior to this, Emma served as the Head of Employee Experience at frog Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. Emma has also held managerial roles at various companies such as Idean Finland, Kemira, Digitalist Group & Network, and Accountor Suomi. Emma's education includes degrees from Hanken School of Economics, Universidad Pontificia Comillas, National Sun Yat-Sen University, Gymnasiet Grankulla samskola, and Philipp-Reis-Schule.
