J. Paul Fridenmaker is an experienced leader in fundraising and philanthropy, serving as the Owner and Principal of Breakthru Consulting since May 2010, where expertise lies in enhancing the service and results of major gift fundraisers. Currently, J. Paul holds positions as a Relationship Manager at Generous Giving, focusing on the joy of giving, and as an Advisory Board Member for TrustBridge Global Foundation, which facilitates global giving for charities. Formerly, J. Paul served as Vice President of Generosity and Network Relations, Senior Director at Generosity Path, and President of the Tandon Institute, contributing significantly to philanthropy and nonprofit impact. Additionally, J. Paul has held various advisory and leadership roles in organizations such as the Restoration Project, REACT Services, and Mustard Seed Associates, and has a strong educational background with degrees from Seattle Pacific University and The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, complemented by participation in the altMBA program.
