Nancy Kirsh

Nancy Kirsh is an experienced social work professional with a strong background in recruitment, academic development, and mental health services. Currently serving as the Director of Recruitment and Academic Development at Genesee Health System since April 2012, Kirsh supervises training department staff, interviews candidates, and fosters partnerships with various universities to enhance student recruitment and internship programs. Previous roles include Director of Recruitment and Academic Development at Trinity Health and Healthy Start North County Supervisor, where responsibilities involved staff training, administrative supervision, and community collaboration. A graduate of Wayne State University with a Master of Social Work, Bachelor of Social Work, and a Graduate Certificate in Infant Mental Health, Kirsh remains active in community coalitions and social work advisory boards.
