Marlon Jones

Marlon Jones is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and radio broadcasting. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Genesee & Wyoming Inc. since June 2017, Marlon also hosts a Sports Talk Radio show on The Sunshine Sports Report every Saturday. Previous roles include Customer Service Account Coordinator at CSX Transportation, where Marlon served as a customer advocate and provided payroll support to over 30,000 employees. Marlon's extensive radio experience includes positions as a Radio Producer at 1010 XL/92.5 FM Jax Sports Radio and iHeartMedia, along with earlier roles in collections and account management across various industries. Marlon is pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management at Florida State College at Jacksonville.
