Matthew Belasco

Matthew Belasco has a comprehensive work experience in various companies. Matthew started their career as Director of Environmental, Health and Safety at Global Energy Services USA in 2008, where they developed and administered health, safety, and environmental programs for over 250 employees. Matthew then joined Environmental Waste Minimization, Inc / Rapid Response, Inc as the Director of EHS & Compliance in 2011, where they managed compliance and training requirements for hazardous and non-hazardous waste handling. In 2015, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Northampton Community College. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Consultant at HazTek Safety Management. Currently, they hold the position of Corporate Director of Environment Health Safety at Genesis AEC, where they provide EPCM services for biomanufacturing facilities.

Matthew Belasco, CSP, CHST has a Bachelor's degree from Marquette University. Matthew also holds an Associate of Science (AS) equivalent degree in Applied Nuclear Engineering from Naval Nuclear Power School and Prototype. Matthew has additional certifications as a Certified Safety Professional from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and as a Construction Health and Safety Technician, also from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
