Elad Tam, CISM has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Elad began their career in 2003 at the IDF C4I & Cyber Security Directorate, where they served as an IDF - Infrastructure and Network Officer until 2006. Following this, Elad joined 013 Netvision as a System Administrator for a brief period in 2007. In 2010, they joined EY, where they held various positions over a period of ten years, including Senior Business and IT Consultant from 2010 to 2014, and later as the Technology Risk and Cybersecurity Leader from 2014 to 2020. Elad's most recent position is Vice President Enterprise Security at Genesis, starting in 2021.
Elad Tam, CISM, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting from the College of Management, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Elad has also acquired various certifications, including Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) from ISACA in November 2022, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in May 2021, Scrum Master Certified (SMC) and Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from the International Scrum Institute™ in February 2021, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Lead Auditor - Information Security Management System from EY CertifyPoint in February 2019, and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA in March 2017. Additionally, Elad holds a Certified Public Accountant qualification from an unknown institution.
