Vladimir Birbrayer

Vladimir Birbrayer has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Vladimir is currently working at Genesis Global as the Head of Application Development for the Americas. Prior to this, they held the role of Software Development Lead at Genesis Global.

Before joining Genesis Global, Vladimir worked at NextEra Energy Resources as an IT Technology leader from 2015 to 2022. Vladimir was responsible for leading and managing technology projects in the company.

Prior to that, they worked at Morgan Stanley as a Sr. Software Engineer from 2013 to 2015, and at Nomura Securities as a Sr. Software Engineer / Tech Lead in Fixed Income E-Trading from 2011 to 2013. Vladimir also worked at Citi as a Sr. Software Engineer / Tech Lead in Credit E-Trading from 2010 to 2011.

Vladimir has also gained experience at Barclays Capital, Merrill Lynch, UBS Investment Bank, JPMorgan Chase, and MarketAxess in various software engineering roles.

Vladimir Birbrayer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Brooklyn College between 1998 and 2002. Vladimir also holds certifications as an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from NextEra Energy, Inc.
