Elisa Hastings

Elisa Hastings is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Center HR Manager at Genesis since January 2023. With a solid background in human resources, Elisa previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Jasper Hill Farm and worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Newport Optical. Additional experience includes roles as a Legal Secretary at Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC and various administrative positions at NEKCA, Jay Peak Resort, Fred's Energy, and NORTHEAST KINGDOM HUMAN SERVICES INC. Notable accomplishments include managing the Aspire! Program for female entrepreneurs at NEKCA and significantly improving response times for EB-5 investors at Jay Peak Resort. Elisa holds a Master of Science in Human Relations & Organizational Development from Champlain College, a Bachelor's degree in Business from Johnson State College, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Studies from the Community College of Vermont.
