Mark Park

Mark Park is an accomplished automotive professional with extensive experience in service management and operations. Currently serving as the Aftersales Market Manager at Genesis Motor America since June 2022, Mark's prior roles include Service Director at Passport MINI Of Alexandria, where recognition was received as the top service and sales volume MINI dealer in the United States and the recipient of the Top CSI & Issue Resolution BMW/MINI Dealer Award in 2021. Previous positions also include Assistant Service Manager at Porsche of Annapolis, awarded Top Porsche Premier Dealer in 2015, and Warranty Manager at Passport Auto Group, where warranty claims and processes were effectively managed for multiple dealerships. Mark began as a Master Technician at BMW of Sterling / Sterling Motor Cars and is currently furthering professional development through the Stagen Leadership Academy.
