Lauren Pavka

Lauren Pavka began their work experience in 2009 as a Research Assistant at The Ohio State University. Lauren then worked as a Research Assistant/Summer Intern at Harvard University in 2010. In 2011, they joined Genesis10 as a Technical Recruiter, responsible for matching professionals to client resource needs. Over the years, they held multiple roles within Genesis10, including Business Development Executive and Senior Technical Recruiter. Lauren'smost recent position at Genesis10 is Recruiting Lead, starting in October 2021. Genesis10 is a Professional Technology Services Firm that provides staffing, workforce optimization, and domestic outsourcing solutions.

Lauren Pavka completed their high school education at Strongsville HS from 2002 to 2006, obtaining a high school diploma. Lauren then pursued further education at The Ohio State University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained an ITIL® Foundation certificate in IT Service Management in November 2015. Lauren also holds a Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR) certification from AIRS, an ADP Company, obtained in August 2012.
