Joanna McNellis

Joanna McNellis is currently an Office Specialist at Genesys Works in the Twin Cities. Prior to that, they were a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half from December 2016 to April 2020. In that role, they worked alongside the Director of CYL to start and manage The Basement, a coffee shop for college students on campus. Joanna also designed budgets, managed inventory and procurement, recruited new employees, and supervised marketing efforts.

From September 2014 to January 2017, Ms. McNellis was an office assistant and hostess at Bar La Grassa. In that role, they booked bands, handled office filing and communication, created spreadsheets, sent out thank you cards and invitations, prepared meetings and agendas, corresponded with venues, and planned events.

Ms. McNellis has also served as an assistant manager and office assistant at Sebastian Joe's Ice Cream Cafe from August 2013 to December 2014.

Joanna McNellis received an Associate of Science in Business Management from Minneapolis College and a Music Management and Youth Development degree from North Central University.
