Stefania Daniel is the Program Coordinator for Genesys Works in New York. Prior to their current role, Stefania served as the East Coast Executive Director for Springboard Collaborative, where they led expansion strategy and new business development efforts in existing markets of Philadelphia and Washington D.C. as well as in new markets, including New York City, Norwalk, and Wilmington. In their first year, they were able to grow the number of East Coast students served by 41% and grew school partnerships by 32%. Stefania also raised and managed a $2M portfolio of grants/fees with school districts, charter networks, foundations and individual funders across three regions.
Before their role at Springboard Collaborative, Stefania served as the Vice President for Partnership Development at Turnaround for Children. At Turnaround for Children, they led expansion strategy and new business development efforts at school, district and state levels to grow the organization’s footprint and public funding base within current locations and new geographies. Stefania established and managed new district-level partnerships in NYC and Newark (NJ) and led expansion to 20 new schools, representing 73% of the portfolio, over three years. Stefania also managed a $2M portfolio of grants/fees with six government agencies across three geographies and supervised a four person team to launch/manage relationships with current district, school and mental health partners.
Stefania Daniel received a BA in American Stefania'story from the University of Pennsylvania. Stefania then went on to earn their MBA in Strategy and General Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Finally, they attended Harvard Kennedy School.
