Alyson Payne-Berghoff

Alyson Payne-Berghoff is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in visual strategy and communication. Currently serving as the Sr. Visual Strategy Lead at Genesys since September 2024, Alyson has previously held significant roles at Studio Science as Visual Communication Design Lead and Brand Designer. Additional experience includes positions as Design Associate at Techstars, Contract Designer at Greenfield Labs (Ford Motor Company), and Designer at Lagunitas Brewing Company. Alyson also contributed as a Designer at Prophet and as a Contract Designer at IDEO and Commune Hotels and Resorts. Early career experience includes an internship at Forty Forty Agency. Academically, Alyson holds a Master of Arts in Graphic Design and Digital Media from the Academy of Art University and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Purdue University.
