Ankit Pat

Ankit Pat is a seasoned professional in machine learning and artificial intelligence, currently serving as a Staff ML Applied Scientist and Team Lead at Genesys since February 2016. In this role, Ankit has focused on building AI products and services aimed at enhancing customer experience. Previous positions at Genesys include Senior Machine Learning Applied Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer, where Ankit contributed to the development and deployment of various ML products.
