Brett Weigl

Brett Weigl is a seasoned professional in product management and AI innovation, currently serving as SVP of Product Management - AI at Genesys since May 2021. Brett leads AI initiatives to enhance the Genesys Cloud product, focusing on delivering superior customer and employee experiences. Previous roles at Genesys include SVP & GM for Digital, AI, and Journey Analytics, and Senior Vice President of Product Management for the new Digital & AI business unit. Prior to Genesys, Brett held significant positions at Salesforce, overseeing digital engagement products and various Service Cloud lines. Brett's experience also includes leadership roles at ExactTarget, VerticalResponse, Certain Software, and Identix, showcasing a diverse background in product management, customer service, and technical consulting. Brett holds an MBA from San Francisco State University and a B.A. in English and Anthropology from Drew University.
