Carlos's extensive background includes roles such as Professional Services Manager for South America, where Carlos managed a diverse team across multiple countries and engaged in strategic development and architectural solution design. Carlos has held positions that required technical leadership in architecting complex solutions, encompassing multiple vendor integrations and emerging technologies. Prior to Genesys, Carlos worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at De Jongh Computing Systems, leading significant projects across various industries, and as an Operations Field Consultant at Boole & Babbage. Carlos holds a degree in System Engineering from Universidad Bicentenaria de Aragua and is a Certified Genesys Engineer and Architect.
