Colin Leonard

Colin Leonard is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in product management and software engineering, currently serving as the Director of Product Management for System, Security, and Compliance at Genesys since June 2001. Colin's extensive background includes leading the Security and Compliance Group within the Multicloud CX Business Unit, where strategic investment planning and cross-functional collaboration on security enhancements and regulatory compliance have been key focuses. Prior roles at Genesys encompassed senior management in product security, accessibility, and user interface design, establishing a strong foundation in security standards and best practices. Colin began their career at IBM and has foundations in computer science from North Carolina State University and Alfred University.
