Ed McLaughlin

Ed McLaughlin has over 24 years of experience in the hospitality technology sector, currently serving as Sr. Director of Enterprise Sales at Genesys since September 2018. Prior to this role, Ed held various positions at Oracle from June 2015 to September 2018, focusing on leading sales teams in the independent hotel market. Ed's extensive experience at MICROS Systems, Inc. from July 1999 to June 2015 included roles such as Director of Field Operations for the Western Region and Director of Casino Resorts, where responsibilities ranged from managing customer relationships to overseeing project management and account management. Ed began the career as an Installation Engineer and progressed through roles in sales, establishing a strong track record of exceeding quotas and enhancing customer service.
