Holli Bingham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in renewal management and customer success at Genesys since July 2005. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Renewal Management, Holli develops global strategies to enhance renewal rates across various platforms, significantly impacting revenue and retention. Previous roles include Global Leader for Genesys Care, focusing on support contracts and customer satisfaction, and VP of Global Genesys Care, where oversight of maintenance revenue and pricing strategies was key. Holli's career at Genesys began after positions in sales management at Genesys Telecommunication Labs and Sento Corporation. Holli holds a degree from Brigham Young University, earned between 1998 and 2003.
