Larry Shurtz

Larry Shurtz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and revenue leadership across various technology companies. Currently serving as Chief Sales Officer at Genesys since May 2023, Larry is focused on transforming the company to a SaaS model and overseeing global go-to-market strategies. Previously, Larry held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Confluent from May 2021 to April 2023 and spent a significant tenure at Salesforce from July 2011 to May 2021, where roles included Executive Vice President for North America Enterprise and Verticals, specifically overseeing Financial Services and Healthcare/Life Sciences. Larry's earlier career included leadership roles at Oracle Corporation, Hyperion Solutions, and Parametric Technology Corporation. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Arizona.
