Natasha Alsaffar

Natasha Alsaffar serves as the Senior Director of Customer Success and Services at Genesys since January 2024, and is the Founder and CEO of Saffire Business Solutions from 2023 onwards. Prior experience includes Vice President of North America Professional Services at M-Files Corporation, where responsibilities included scaling delivery operations and enhancing customer success. Natasha has also held key positions at Korbyt, Reflect Systems Inc, Promote On Purpose, Academic Partnerships, FlexManage, Fujitsu Network Communications, and NCR Corporation, gaining extensive expertise in service delivery, project management, and operational excellence across various sectors. Natasha holds an MBA and a BS in Business Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
