Roberto Rovelo

Roberto Rovelo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical solutions and support within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer at ConvergeOne since June 2021, Roberto also holds the position of Technical Team Manager at Genesys, which has been ongoing since June 2018. With a career that began in October 2006 at Genesys | Interactive Intelligence, Roberto has progressed through various roles including Latam Support Regional Manager and Support Technical Team Lead for the Latin American region. Roberto's expertise includes direct customer engagement, troubleshooting the PureConnect platform, and providing implementation solutions for cloud-based products, along with handling third-party integrations. In addition, Roberto possesses a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Sciences from Ball State University, obtained between 1999 and 2000.
