Sian Jenkins

Sian Jenkins is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Marketing Director for APAC at Genesys since November 2017, Sian oversees marketing initiatives in Australia and New Zealand, India, and Southeast Asia. Prior to this, Sian held the position of Global Head of Marketing at the Shared Services & Outsourcing Network and was the Global Marketing Director at SSON Analytics. Sian's career also includes significant roles at IQPC, CWC Group, C5 Communications, and Pira International, demonstrating a strong background in field marketing, digital demand generation, and brand advocacy. Sian holds a BA (Hons) in Communications from the University of Leeds and achieved A Levels in English Literature, Sociology, and Psychology at Fullbrook Sixth Form College.
