Simon Li

Simon Li is an accomplished Quality Assurance Director at Genesys since December 2011, overseeing all project and release testing activities for the Genesys Workforce Engagement Management product line and managing a diverse team of over 50 QA engineers across multiple countries, including Canada, the USA, India, Israel, and Ukraine. Previously, Simon served as a Senior QA Manager for the Genesys Voice Platform, leading a team of 13 QA analysts to ensure high quality and robustness. With a career that includes roles as a Software QA Manager at Alcatel-Lucent and various QA positions at Voicegenie Technologies Inc., ii3, and 724 Solutions Software Inc., Simon brings extensive experience in software quality assurance. Simon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, obtained between 1995 and 2000.
