Susanna Swann

Susanna Swann serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the Executive Team at Genève Aéroport since October 2020, leading a people strategy to enhance post-pandemic recovery. Prior to this role, Susanna was a Lecturer at GSEM Executive Education, designing and teaching a module on leadership for international non-profit organizations. Susanna's experience also includes serving as Director of Human Resources at EPFL, where strategic transformation of HR practices was achieved, and as Deputy General Director at Médecins Sans Frontières, overseeing organizational growth and development. With a background in global HR leadership at Tetra Pak International and the International Committee of the Red Cross, Susanna has demonstrated extensive expertise in talent management, recruitment practices, and humanitarian responses across various regions. Susanna's educational credentials include a first-class MA in Mathematics from the University of Oxford and professional development from Hult Ashridge.
