Stephen Murphy

Stephen Murphy is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture and development, particularly in the trading industry. Currently serving as Software Architect Manager at Geneva Trading since October 2018, Stephen leads a dynamic team in designing the next generation trading platform. Previous roles include Systems Architect at OCC, Software Engineer at Mocho Trading LLC, and Senior Lead Developer at Cheiron Trading, among others. Stephen's expertise encompasses low-latency trading APIs, custom algorithmic trading solutions, and risk management applications. Stephen holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and Northern Illinois University, respectively.
