John Welten is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Commercial Product Manager at Genexis since May 2020, John holds product responsibility for Optical Network Terminators and oversees new product introductions and product lifecycle management. Prior to Genexis, John spent over a decade at SeaChange International, where roles included Senior Product Manager and Product Manager, focusing on global product responsibility and competitive analysis for a content workflow management system. Earlier career experiences include positions at Irdeto, Philips PDSL, Tokheim, and Kers Engineering Service B.V., where John contributed to software architecture, design, and engineering for various digital solutions and embedded systems. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical Computer Science from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
