Samantha Verhaeghe

Samantha Verhaeghe is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in international and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior In-House Counsel at GENFIT since April 2022, Samantha previously held positions as a Contract Lawyer at Merck KGaA and as a Foreign Legal Consultant at Kim & Chang. With a strong background in M&A and company law developed at Allen & Overy and earlier training as a Trainee Solicitor at Stephenson Harwood, Samantha demonstrates expertise in advising clients on acquisitions, contract negotiations, and compliance across various jurisdictions. Samantha holds multiple degrees in law, including an LLB Hons in European Law from the University of Warwick and a French Lawyers' Certificate from the Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris.
