Mualla Berksoy

Mualla Berksoy is an experienced R&D professional with a strong background in chemistry and research management. Currently serving as R&D Manager at Genics since May 2021, Berksoy previously held the role of Industrial R&D Associate. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Research Scientist and Lab Manager at RS Technologies Inc. from August 2004 to August 2008, and R&D Manager at OPTIMA Specialty Chemicals and Technology Inc. from 1995 to 2002. Berksoy began academic career as a Research Associate and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at McGill University's Department of Chemical Engineering from September 1990 to April 1995. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Quantum Chemistry/Computational Chemistry from McGill University, a Master of Science in Quantum Chemistry from Brock University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Middle East Technical University.
