Rodney Hardison

Rodney Hardison has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Rodney started their career at Lonza Wood Protection in 1990, working as an Engineering Designer until 1996. Rodney then transitioned to the role of Manager, Sales Eastern Region, where they stayed until 2013. From 2013 to 2018, Rodney worked as the Portfolio Manager for North America at Lonza Wood Protection. In 2018, Rodney joined Genics as the Southeast Sales Manager. After a year, they were promoted to the position of Director of Sales and Marketing, a role they currently hold.

Rodney Hardison holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Point University. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate's degree in Drafting and Design Technology/Technician, General from Gwinnett Technical College.
